1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapTik at snaptikk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, as described in Section 13, and your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

SnapTik provides a free, browser-based tool that lets a user paste a public TikTok video link and receive a download of the associated video without the TikTok watermark, where the source video permits it. Depending on the specific post, SnapTik may also offer an MP3 audio extraction or a combined slideshow-to-video export for TikTok photo posts. The service does not require an account, a password, or a payment, and it does not install any software on your device.

SnapTik depends on TikTok's publicly available content and delivery systems continuing to function in a way our tool can read. We do not control TikTok's platform, and features described here may change or stop working if TikTok changes how it shares video data.

3. Eligibility

SnapTik is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age required by the laws of your country to agree to these terms on your own, you should only use SnapTik with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

4. License to Use SnapTik

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SnapTik through a standard web browser for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to resell access to the tool, build a competing service by scraping or automating our download flow, or use the service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use downloaded content for personal purposes unless you have explicit permission from the rights holder to use it otherwise
• Respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights belonging to TikTok creators and to TikTok Inc./ByteDance Ltd
• Only submit links to public TikTok content that you are permitted to view and save
• Comply with the laws of your own country regarding copying, storing, and sharing online video and audio content
• Keep your own device secure; we are not responsible for how downloaded files are stored, shared, or protected once they leave our service

6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to download private, friends-only, age-restricted, or otherwise access-limited TikTok content
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to send a high volume of requests to SnapTik, or otherwise attacking, overloading, or probing the service
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing downloaded content without the necessary rights or permission from the original creator
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the underlying systems that power the download service
• Using the service to distribute malware, spam, or content that violates applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

The SnapTik name, logo, website design, and original text content on this site are owned by SnapTik or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. TikTok videos, audio, and images accessed through SnapTik remain the property of their original creators and/or TikTok Inc./ByteDance Ltd. SnapTik does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the service, and using our tool does not transfer any rights in that content to you beyond what the original creator or platform already permits.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Content

SnapTik is supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense, as described in our Privacy Policy. Ads and any third-party links on this site are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites you may visit from an advertisement or outbound link.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapTik is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that every TikTok link you submit will process successfully.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapTik and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapTik and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including copyright.

We may suspend or restrict access to SnapTik, in whole or in part, for any user or IP address we reasonably believe is violating these terms, abusing the service, or engaging in automated attacks.
